End Judgment!
One of the best ways I improved my life was to let go of some of the excess and harsh judgment of myself, of others, their choices, and circumstances of my life. Of course it is only natural to judge things. And it is actually very important for our survival to identify what is a threatening or harmful. But do we have to judge everything and so harshly? It brought me great peace when I began to let go of my judging tendencies. And I admit it wasn’t the easiest thing I have ever done. It took a lot of clearing and releasing and letting go. So I am offering for 4 weeks of Thursday classes for you to release any of your judgments. This will be completely experiential. You will feel noticeably lighter as you end that excess judgment! So come and bring the things you judge and be ready to let them go in a safe enviroment. You can pay as you go, $20 each meeting or pay just $75 at the first meeting and attend them all!
